What comes with the apartments?

Is there a pool?
Yes, The Madison has three pools with sun decks and lounge chairs, so you have plenty of room to relax on warm Sacramento days. There is also a BBQ grilling area for cookouts with neighbors.
Is there a computer lab or study space?
Yes. The Madison has an on-site computer lab and study space where residents can settle in for focused work, studying, or any task that needs concentration. It is a handy option for the times you would rather get things done outside your home.
What is the Resident Advocate program?
The Madison is part of the Thrive program, which gives residents access to a dedicated Resident Advocate.
